We provide confidential and free assistance to persons who are victims of criminal offences (or their relatives) within the meaning of the Federal Act on Support for the Victims of Crime (VSA, LAVI in French).
It is NOT necessary to have reported the offence or filed a complaint, nor to intend to do so.

In the context of criminal proceedings, victims may be summoned to hearings by the competent authorities. Have you received a summons?
It may be a summons to an investigative hearing (at the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the Juvenile Court) or to a trial hearing (at the Courthouse or the Juvenile Court).
